El Poder Judicial a través del Registro de Títulos del Distrito Nacional, hizo entrega del primer certificado de título de propiedad utilizando un nuevo formato de papel de seguridad. Como parte del proceso de reformas de la Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria, en abril del presente año, la Suprema Corte de Justice approved the use of such new certificates for increased security in that jurisdiction.
